Freyr Solutions · Head of AI & Business Systems

Mar 2026 – Present. Part-time since Sep 2024, progressing from Business Technology Intern to AI Solutions Associate to Head of AI Initiatives.

  • Developing a CRM-style software product that automates customer support, with plans to offer it to other companies after development.
  • Previously led development and adoption of an AI sales-intelligence application for navigating Freyr's service portfolio and supporting sales pitches.
  • Built AI outreach tools and lead qualification workflows, contributing to a 10% improvement in lead conversion and a 30% increase in response rate.
  • Oversee the AI roadmap across sales and operations, and improve ERP dashboards and reporting for cost and revenue visibility, building on earlier work connecting internal systems through APIs.

In beta. A consumer app for creators, built around the part of content that actually takes the time: research and the blank page.

  • Radar pulls every creator you track into one feed, with full transcripts on hover, so research stops meaning forty open tabs.
  • Map is a canvas where you connect videos, creators, and ideas to an AI to brainstorm hooks and write full scripts in a couple of minutes.
  • Vault transcribes any viral video so you can break down word for word why it worked and reuse the structure.

Independent AI Education · Creator and Community Builder

  • Built a social media audience of 20,000+ around AI education across Instagram and TikTok, helping business owners understand practical tools and applications.
  • Create educational content focused on how business owners can use AI and build distribution for their own businesses.
  • Publish free written breakdowns and a weekly newsletter at anirsuren.com.

StepUp.One · AI Engineering and Impact Investment

Jul 2021 – Present.

  • Designed, tested, and refined prompts for the HumanEdge platform, supported AI-assisted marketing and recruitment workflows, and trained 200+ refugees on the platform.
  • Authored an investment white paper informed by a survey of 50+ prospective investors, and built and maintained an investor resource center with a business model and pitch deck.
  • Worked with the CEO on investment-campaign messaging and investor outreach, and helped two refugees find employment through LinkedIn campaigns.

Data Compression Forum, Jun – Aug 2024. Researched applications of large image datasets for firearm-incident prevention with Professor Tsachy Weissman. Work published through The Informaticists.

Cadet Master Sergeant and youth leader since Aug 2021. Led cadets in drills and simulated search-and-rescue, completed the NJ Wing Cadet Cyber Academy, and supported cybersecurity training and community service.
